Josh transitioned from the US Navy to Swisslog Healthcare Solutions as a Field Engineer in 2009 and accepted a position as the Customer Care Center Manager in 2015. He is responsible for two live 24/7 technical support centers, Advanced Field Technicians for the Field Service organization, and all level 1 and 2 support services for Swisslog Field Operations and Swisslog customers, including 2,000 hospital and patient care sites in North America. Josh implemented NICE inContact and CRM solutions for Swisslog Support, Order Entry, and Inside Sales teams, and administers the system globally.
