Welcome to our Future Ambassadors!

Thank you for your interest in participating in the promotion of NICE inContact as an Ambassador. You can nominate yourself, someone on your team, or a colleague who you think will shine in an Ambassador activity.  

Ambassadors are vital in the promotion of the NICE inContact brand and solutions. They are non-marketing NICE inContact employees willing to share their expertise in specialized subjects with target audiences. Involvement in panel discussions, trade shows, webinars and article/blog writing are a few examples of how Ambassadors can help position the company (and that Ambassador/employee) as a thought leader in the contact center industry.

With a passion for technology and finding new ways to make customers happy, Patrick has spent the last 15 years in leadership positions within the contact center industry. With more than a decade managing various aspects of large multi-site operations with seat sizes ranging from 500 to 3,000 he has developed a deep understanding of what works, and what doesn’t. Patrick has spent the last 4 years working on the software side of contact centers with a focus on Workforce Optimization tools and improving the agent and customer experiences.
